Answers from questions I brought up:
How to delete a (group) or subgroup?
To delete a group or subgroup:
1. Log in as administrator.
2. Click on Group button. Select the group to delete (change your focus to that group).
3. Click on Administration button.
4. On Administration page, under Group Management, click on Edit your group's information.
5. This will open the group's information page, click the Delete button, then OK to confirm deletion (note warning that this will delete any subgroups of this group).

What non-admins and Admins can see:
If I am a member of a group (not an adminstrator), and I am viewing the site from that group's level:

1. I should not have an Administration button on the left (as I am not a group Admin).

2. I should be able to see both the Families and Members buttons on the left. When I click on either button, I should be able to select any group member's information and view it (but not be able to edit/change it). The only Family or Member information that I can edit is my own personal information.

One other item to mention:
If the group is a subgroup, any Member of the parent group or any Administrator of the parent group will also be a member or administator for any related subgroup(s).
